The house works from Belgium. Portrait sittings and styling visits can be at the studio, in your space, or on location. Travel within 25 km is included. Beyond that we charge €0.45 per kilometre. One-on-one sessions are online or in person — you choose.
Finished photographs are delivered through a private gallery within 10–14 working days. High-resolution files are included. Extra finished photographs are €22 each; a museum-quality print starts at €55.
Only a keynote is booked through Athenas — not through this house or on WhatsApp. Athenas is the speaker bureau that represents Spencer for stages. They look after fit, fee, and the agreement. Use the Athenas link on the Keynotes page. Workshops, sessions, photography and styling are booked in this app or on WhatsApp.
Yes, for private clients. Companies can receive an invoice excluding VAT on request. A 40% retainer confirms the date; the remainder is due before or on the sitting.
For one-on-one work, yes — the work is intimate, and a complimentary 20–30 minute call comes first. For photography you may enquire for a sitting directly, or start with the same call if you want to feel the house first. Styling begins with a conversation.
Presence is one 90-minute session and one Truth Session portrait sitting — eighteen black-and-white photographs. First you land. Then we show who you are when you no longer have to perform. It is one piece of work, not two appointments glued together.
English and Dutch. You choose.
A 40% retainer confirms it. Gallery delivery follows 10–14 working days after the sitting. In a later chapter of this house, retainer and invoice will live in a small client portal; for now the call is enough to begin.
